4 John Deere Charles Freitag Collector Plates

The plates have some wear from age, display, and storage. No chips or cracks were observed. Gold-tone rim decoration remains bright overall. Please review all photographs carefully for the complete condition. Set of four John Deere licensed collector plates featuring artwork by Charles Freitag from the Danbury Mint "Life on the Farm" limited-edition collection. Each depicts a nostalgic rural farm scene featuring vintage John Deere tractors and equipment. Included titles are "Season's End," "Autumn Memories," "Catch of the Day," and "Evening Shift." All four plates carry the matching collector number C5223. This same collector number also appears on the four John Deere plates offered in the other John Deere plate lot in this auction, indicating the two groups were likely originally part of the same matched collection. The backs are marked The Danbury Mint, MBI, with the John Deere Licensed Product logo and "Not for food use. May poison food." Each plate measures approximately 8 inches in diameter. A nice group for collectors of John Deere memorabilia, farm advertising, tractor collectibles, Charles Freitag artwork, and rural Americana.
