A folding hand fan featuring a woven fabric leaf with a repeating geometric pattern in shades of chocolate brown, tan, and cream. The motif includes stylized diamond and octagonal shapes. The upper edge of the leaf is finished with a gold-toned metallic braided trim. The interior ribs are crafted from light-colored bamboo or wood, while the outer guard sticks are made of a darker, textured brown wood. The fan is held together at the base by a metal pivot pin. A handwritten inscription in black ink on one of the guard sticks reads Bleu Mandarin co. Condition: Good vintage condition. Minor fraying is visible along the top edge of the fabric leaf. The wooden guard sticks and ribs show light surface wear and scuffing consistent with age and use.
