An assortment of mid-century metal storage containers featuring a large John J. Felin and Company lard tin with Philadelphia advertising graphics. The lot includes a three-piece graduated green kitchen canister set labeled for flour,coffee, and tea. Also present are two decorative round tins with lithographed farm and still life scenes and a weathered metal pail with a bail handle. The lard tin is marked for a fifty pound net weight capacity.Items show varying degrees of wear consistent with age and use, including surface rust, paint loss, and scratches. The large lard tin has significant oxidation and handwritten grease pencil markings on the lid. The decorative tins exhibit fading.
