Each egg is finished with a high-gloss protective coating. The color palette includes vibrant shades of black, red, orange, yellow, blue, and purple. Decorative patterns varyfrom multi-layered geometric Hutsul styles to organic floral designs. No maker marks, signatures, or dates are visible on the surfaces. This collection displays expected minor wear consistent with the medium and age. The majority are well-preserved with bright colors and a glossy finish. Two examples exhibit shell damage including one with a puncture and another with a partial loss.
