2 Fitz & Floyd Ceramic Figural Cookie Jars

A pair of Fitz and Floyd glazed earthenware figural cookie jars or canisters produced in 1993. The set includes one jar modeled as a vintage wood-burning cookstove and a second jar modeled as a kitchen sink and cabinet unit. The stove jarfeatures high-relief molded decorations including a pair of white rabbits on the front, a black kettle on the burner, and baskets of produce including apples and peppers. The sink jar features a white cat peeking from the side and graymice peeking from a pink striped towel and a hole in the rear corner, with a sink basin containing dishes alongside a bowl of apples, carrots, and a kitchen knife. Both pieces feature lift-off lids. The base of each jar is marked with ablack stamp reading © FITZ AND FLOYD and Taiwan, alongside an incised mark reading © 1993. The larger stove jar measures 5.5 L x 4 W x 7.25 H inches.Overall excellent condition. No chips, cracks, or restorations are visible.
