Small wooden mortar with a pedestal base and two paper labels. One label pictures Dr. G.G. Adams and promotes "Quassia Amara / For Fever & Ague, Dyspepsia, Piles, Indigestion, Headache, & Debility," a label on the bottom provides information for usage, 5" high, wear and chips to the rim.
