Seller: Piper Rowe Group Affiliation: Palermo Grange Species: Sheep Piper Rowe Palermo grange Market lamb Dear Friends, Family, and Community Supporters, My name is Piper Rowe, and I am 11 years old and currently in 6th grade. I am excited to be participating in the Butte County Fair for my second year showing a market lamb! Raising and showing a market lamb has taught me so much about responsibility, patience, and commitment. From feeding and caring for my lamb every day to working on training, walking, and getting him ready for the show ring, I have learned that the little things you do every day make a big difference. Outside of showing livestock, I love being active. Softball is one of my favorite things, and I am also currently a cheerleader for the Oroville Rhinos. Being involved in sports and cheer has taught me the importance of teamwork, dedication, and always giving my best effort—lessons that I have carried over into raising my lamb. This year has been especially exciting because I have another year of experience under my belt. I have been able to take what I learned last year and put it into my project this year, and I am proud of how much I have grown along the way. The Butte County Fair auction is August 29th at 10 am, and I would love the opportunity to have you be a part of my project.
