A coordinated three-piece Van Briggle art pottery console set comprising a large conch-shell-form bowl and a pair of sculptural double-tulip candleholders, all finished in a richly mottled mulberry, lavender, and powder-blue glaze. The shell bowl features a deep asymmetrical opening with a dramatically scalloped lip and spiraling pointed terminal, while the matching candleholders are modeled with two upward-sweeping tulip-form sockets supported by flowing, curled Art Nouveau-style bases. The undersides bear incised Van Briggle markings, including the company cipher and “Van Briggle Colo. Spgs.” inscription. Comparable Van Briggle console sets are known with a central bowl and matching sculptural candleholders. Condition appears generally good with scattered surface wear, candle residue and discoloration within the sockets, minor glaze irregularities, and typical production variations; no major cracks or repairs are evident from the photographs. Candlestick holders measure 4.5"H x 7"W x 2.25"D and shell bowl vase is 4"H x 9"W x 3.5"D.
