A pair of Waterford lead crystal two-light candelabra designed in a traditional girandole style. Each piece features a wide circular base with a faceted rim and deep diamond-cut interior patterns. A faceted baluster stem rises to achrome-finished metal collar that supports two scrolling glass arms and a tall, tapering central faceted spire. The spire is decorated with a vertical series of oval and elliptical facets. The arms terminate in deep drip pans withscalloped edges and matching diamond-cut details, housing chrome-finished sockets for taper candles. Both the drip pans and the central gallery are hung with long, tapered hexagonal faceted crystal prisms. The lead crystal constructionexhibits high-quality light refraction and sharp faceted edges. 20 inches tall by 13 inches long by approximately 5 inches wide. This pair shows mostly expected wear due to its age and wear. A bag containing approximately 15-20 detached prisms is included for reattachment, maintaining the set in good decorative order.
