The Council of War is a famous 1868 plaster sculpture group created by American artist John Rogers. It depicts President Abraham Lincoln, Secretary of War Edwin M. Stanton, and General Ulysses S. Grant reviewing a military map and discussing Union strategy during the American Civil War. This item is deemed unshippable due to its size or its extremely delicate nature; the buyer is solely responsible for either pickup or arranging for their own crating and freighting.
