Vintage New Home treadle sewing machine housed in a handsome quarter-sawn oak cabinet with fold-out work surface. The machine features attractive original floral decals, a cast iron treadle base, handwheel, and built-in storage cabinet with accessory drawers. When not in use, the sewing head folds down into the cabinet and the top closes to create a compact cabinet. The cabinet includes one door, three drawers, and a top utility drawer, along with the original treadle pedal and drive wheel. Decorative oak grain and classic Arts & Crafts styling make this an attractive display piece, while the machine may also appeal to collectors and restorers. The machine has not been tested for operation and is being sold in as-found condition. It displays expected wear from age and use, including finish wear, light scratches, and cosmetic imperfections.
