Tim Collins became well known throughout southeastern Wyoming for his watercolor landscapes, wildlife scenes, and decades of teaching in the Laramie schools. His works are appreciated for their authentic portrayals of Wyoming's scenery and have remained sought after by regional collectors. The preserved documentation accompanying this painting provides an unusually complete provenance, enhancing both its historical significance and collectability.
