A 1759 Martha Washington token is not an official U.S. coin from the 18th century — it is a fantasy / test piece created by the U.S. Mint in the mid-20th century for internal die-testing and planchet-testing. These pieces were never intended for circulation and were unknown to collectors until the 1990s.
