The 1898-O Morgan Silver Dollar graded MS64 is a highly popular, beautifully struck uncirculated coin minted at the New Orleans Mint. While historically considered rare, the massive Treasury bag releases of the early 1960s revealed millions of preserved uncirculated copies, making it one of the most accessible and common Mint State dates in the entire Morgan series today. Retail Market Value: Usually ranges between $130 and $160. Highly commercial retailers may charge up to $320 for select premium or historically packaged editions.
