Taxidermy shoulder mount of a white tail deer head and upper neck with branched natural antlers, preserved fur, glass-like eyes, and a shaped wooden shield plaque. A green tag marked 1249 is attached to the lower-left area of the plaque. No maker, taxidermist, species, date, or provenance marking is readable in the photographs. Fur is visibly present over the head and neck, with varied coloration and texture. The antlers show natural longitudinal texture, coloration, and scatteredlight-colored flecks or surface-worn areas; multiple tines are visible, but the complete point count cannot be established from these views. The mount appears dusty or surface-worn in places, and the plaque has visible edge wear or irregularity. Noobvious major break, definite hole, or major tear is visible in the supplied images; the reverse mounting hardware, plaque back, and underside construction are not shown.
