One 1928 United States Standing Liberty quarter dollar in a stapled cardboard 2x2 holder. The coin shows the Standing Liberty obverse and eagle reverse with readable quarter-dollar legends. The holder is handwritten “1928,†“S,†“MINT ERROR“FINEâ€; the mint and error attributions are not confirmed. Heavily circulated coin with substantial wear, darkened toning, uneven discoloration, and weak design detail. The holder and metal staples are included. The coin’s mint mark, compositioweight, diameter, edge, grade, and any specific mint error have not been independently verified.
