One 1917 United States one-cent coin with a Lincoln portrait obverse and Wheat Reverse, housed in a cardboard 2x2 holder. Visible inscriptions include “IN GOD WE TRUST,†“LIBERTY,†“UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,†“ONE CENT,†and “E PLURLincoln cent design was created by Victor David Brenner. The holder bears handwritten notations appearing to read “1917,†approximately “CH V. FINE,†and “30.†The coin has substantial wear, darkened brown coloration, scratches, abrasionsscattered marks, while the principal design details remain readable. The holder and viewing window show scuffs and handling wear. The handwritten grade notation is not professional certification. No mint mark is visibly apparent, and the specificmint is unresolved. The coin’s composition has not been chemically confirmed.
