One Colorano “Silk†Cachet commemorative event cover featuring George Bush and the 1980 Republican National Convention in Detroit. Printed markings include Convention Center Station, Detroit, Michigan 48226, and JUL 16 1980. Housed in a clearprotective sleeve. Paper appears intact and flat with age-related yellowing or cream coloration. The sleeve has glare, reflections, and possible light scuffing or wrinkles. Some printed areas are partly obscured by glare and the red postal markingarea. No major tears, detached pieces, or significant losses are clearly visible. Reverse condition and any postal contents were not assessed. “Silk†is a printed product designation; physical fiber content is unconfirmed.
