Classified as Dalton & Hamer-17 (D&H-17), the obverse features an equestrian statue of William III with the legend GULIELMUS TERTIUS REX. The reverse displays the coat of arms of Hull, featuring three ducal crowns in a shield surrounded by a wreath, with the date 1791 below.
