Unusual vintage “V for Victory” neon sign, manufactured by Lackner of Cincinnati, Ohio, as marked on the reverse. Features a V-shaped neon tube mounted to a dark triangular backing with a raised white star accent at the center. Compact hanging design with original-style electrical housing and suspension bracket. An eye-catching piece of vintage Americana with a strong Victory / patriotic motif, likely intended as a small promotional or decorative illuminated display. Good working condition with age-related surface wear, scratches, and oxidation consistent with use. 7 1/2" x 6 1/2" x 3".
