Vintage R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. Camel Cigarettes lithographed tin countertop store display featuring the iconic camel and desert scene with the slogan "An Expert Blend of Turkish and Domestic Tobaccos" and "More Delightful Than Either Kind Smoked Straight - 20 for 10¢." Manufactured during the late 1930s to early 1940s, this display reflects Camel's pre-World War II and World War II-era advertising, when cigarettes commonly retailed for 10 cents per pack. The display retains its original stepped shelves and includes numerous empty Camel cigarette packs for presentation. Marked along the base "R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, Winston-Salem, N.C., U.S.A." Measures approximately 18" x 20" x 14".
