The abstracted modernist composition demonstrates the flowing organic forms and polished surfaces characteristic of contemporary Shona sculpture traditions. Height: approx. 20 in. Silas Manyore is recognized among contemporary Zimbabwean Shona sculptors for expressive interpretations of wildlife and human forms rendered in richly polished serpentine stone.
