Description: Taxidermy wood duck mount in flying pose mounted to natural driftwood base. Bird has wings outstretched, painted head with red eye, brown, tan and iridescent feathers. Mounted to irregular driftwood piece with metal support. Quantity 1. Wingspan measures approximately 23 inches. Overall body length measures approximately 15 inches. Driftwood base measures approximately 14 inches long. Estimated vintage mount, circa mid to late 20th century. Condition: Shows significant wear consistent with age and handling. Feathers show wear, loss, fading and soiling. Paint shows wear. Driftwood shows cracks and surface wear. Mount is loose on base in photos. Wear appropriate for age.
