Description: Vintage industrial wooden warehouse platform cart manufactured by Jakes of Nashville, Tennessee. Features a heavy wood plank deck, cast iron wheels, and original Jakes Nashville stencil. Originally used in warehouses, factories, freight depots, and railroad facilities for transporting heavy merchandise, crates, barrels, and supplies. Today it makes an excellent industrial display piece, coffee table, retail fixture, or farmhouse decor. Dimensions: 64 inches long x 30 inches wide x 14 inches tall Estimated Date: Early to Mid 20th Century Condition: Shows wear appropriate for age including weathering, surface wear, rust to metal components, and age-related use.
