One scalloped-edge porcelain plate or shallow dish with a gold-colored rim, pale green border, pink-coral ground, and painted floral, fruit, berry, foliage, and trellis decoration. The front has an uncertain painted signature. The reverse bears ablack mark reading “LIMOGES FRANCE” and a partly legible red circular mark including “HAND PAINTED” and “CHINA.” Visible dirt, brown residue, gray-brown marks, and surface scuffs or soiling appear on portions of the reverse foot and rim. Thegilt-colored rim is generally present with possible minor wear. No crack, chip, or repair is confirmed in the supplied views; the complete edge and side profile were not documented. The conflicting reverse wording leaves the manufacturing origin andany later decoration unresolved.
