One framed painting on canvas or canvas-like fabric, depicting ornamental birds, fruit including grapes and pears, and a swing or perch. Signed “Vada Naylor” at lower right. A separate marking beneath the signature appears to read “28,” but thereading is uncertain. Operator-supplied dimensions are approximately 26.5 x 37 inches and were not independently measured. The painted surface has extensive craquelure, cracking, abrasions, scratches, discoloration, and apparent paint losses. Paintappears raised, lifting, or flaking in areas. The dark brown wooden frame has wear and finish loss. The reverse canvas is dusty and discolored with frayed edges and numerous old tack or staple marks. The attached hanging wire or cord is loose orslack. No glass is visibly present. Conservation review may be warranted.
