WE SHIP! NOTICE: This auction closes on a Wednesday. We spend the next day pulling lots and preparing them, and may not respond to shipping or pickup requests until Friday (8/14/26). PICKUP: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction has fully closed. After invoices are created you will receive an email (and text) confirming you won -- typically later that same day. Pickup is at 7209 Charter Oak Loop, Temple, TX 76502 on Friday (8/14/26), Saturday (8/15/26), and Monday (8/17/26), 10:00 AM-4:00 PM. Late pickup with prior arrangement Tuesday (8/18/26) - Thursday (8/20/26), 8:00 AM-2:00 PM. Items not paid for or picked up by Thursday (8/20/26) at 2:00 PM are forfeited with no refund unless arranged in advance. SHIPPING POLICY -- please read carefully: 1) For your protection and ours, and to meet credit-card security requirements, EVERY package is shipped to the address on file with your HiBid registration. If your address is not current, update it in HiBid before the auction closes. 2) Need to ship somewhere other than your HiBid registration address? We can accommodate that, but we may require a copy of your photo ID to verify your identity before we ship. 3) Winning lots must be paid IN FULL before we package, weigh, and invoice for shipping. 4) Want shipping? Select shipping when you register. If you forgot, email [email protected] with your name and bidder number and we will send a separate shipping invoice. Your shipping invoice includes insurance equal to your winning bid. 5) Reply to your shipping email to authorize the card on file with HiBid for shipping and handling. Once paid, we will send tracking. 6) Prefer your own label? Email us for box dimensions and weight, then email your prepaid label to [email protected]. 7) SALVAGE LOTS, LARGE MIRRORS (larger than handheld), AND ITEMS MARKED NON-REFUNDABLE CANNOT BE SHIPPED. If you win one and need shipping, your settlement must still be paid in full -- your winning bid prevents others from buying it. 8) Lots without shipping paid (or a label received) by the final pickup day are forfeited with no refund. Likewise, any lot not picked up by the final pickup day is forfeited with no refund. For insurance reasons, our staff cannot strap down or secure items on the outside of a vehicle.
