WE SHIP! Kilford Auctions Terms & Conditions -- By registering for this auction you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. PAYMENTS: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 14% buyer's premium and state sales tax. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. For any cards that fail to process we will send an invoice that can be paid online or in person. Your invoice will come from: [email protected]. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder. PICKUP: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. We have 3 designated pickup days: Friday (8/14/26), Saturday (8/15/26), and Monday (8/17/26), 10:00 AM-4:00 PM. Late pickup with proper communication Tuesday (8/18/26) - Thursday (8/20/26), 8:00 AM-2:00 PM. All items not picked up (or shipping not paid) by Thursday (8/20/26) at 2:00 PM are considered abandoned and forfeited, with no refund, unless other arrangements are made in advance. We are located at 7209 Charter Oak Loop, Temple, TX 76502. SHIPPING POLICY: For your protection and ours, and to meet credit-card security requirements, EVERY package is shipped to the address on file with your HiBid registration. If your address is not current, please update it in HiBid before the auction closes. If you need to ship to a different address, we may require a copy of your photo ID to verify your identity before we ship. This auction ends on a Wednesday. We pull and prepare items the following day and may not respond to emails, calls, or texts until Friday (8/14/26). 1) Winning lots must be paid IN FULL before we package, weigh, process and invoice for shipping. 2) If you want shipping, indicate so when you register; if you forgot, email [email protected] with your name and bidder number and we will send a separate shipping invoice (insurance equal to your winning bid included). 3) Reply to that email to authorize the card on file with HiBid for shipping and handling; once paid, we provide tracking. 4) You may provide your own prepaid label -- email us for box dimensions and weight, then email the label to [email protected]. 5) Items without shipping paid or a label received by the final pickup day are forfeited with no refund. For insurance reasons, our staff cannot strap down or secure items on the outside of a vehicle. ITEM CONDITIONS: We do not control what inventory is sent to us. Our staff does its best to inspect each item and verify condition. Not all items can be visually inspected, and we test for functionality when we are able. The lot condition is listed FIRST in each item's description -- please read it before bidding. RETURNS & REFUNDS -- please read before bidding.
