Navy Arms Model 1858 Remington New Army

Serial # 602. .44 caliber black powder percussion fired revolver with an 8” octagon barrel. The bore is very good, mostly clean with strong rifling with some light fouling. Modern reproduction of the original Remington New Army revolver. Made in Italy in 1960. The blued metal finish on the barrel is in very good condition showing light edge wear with some scattered light dings and scratches. The blued finish on the cylinder is in very good condition showing light edge wear and slight thinning with a light drag line. The blued metal finish on the steel frame is in very good condition showing little wear with a patch of small dings at the cylinder pin. The brass trigger guard shows light oxidation. The plain hardwood grips are in good condition showing scrapes and scratches with finish wear. The action works fine. Includes a box for a CVA 1851 revolver along with a spare set of grips and the instructions.
