FN Herstal Model Standard Double Barrel

R Serial # 2351. 16 Ga double barrel sidelock shotgun with 27-1/2” barrels. The bores are very good, mostly clean with light fouling. The barrels are choked Full and Imp. Cyl. The chambers are 2-3/4”. Made in Belgium. Double triggers with automatic ejectors. The blued metal finish on the barrels is in very good condition showing light muzzle war with slight thinning and scattered light scratches. The blued metal finish on the receiver is in good condition showing edge wear and carry wear with thinning and scratches. The trigger guard and lower tang show moderate to heavy wear. The nicely figured checkered walnut forearm and the matching straight grip butt stock are in very good condition showing scattered light dings and scratches with light finish wear. Made without a butt plate, the LoP is 14”. The action works fine and is tight. Made from 1921-1950. C&R.
