A pair of figural cast iron bookends, likely by the Connecticut Foundry, circa 1930. Each depicts a standing buccaneer with hands on hips, atop a base resembling a stone pier. The reverse is marked "BUCCANEER", "COPR. 1930", and with a copyright logo of a 'C' within a circle, consistent with the Connecticut Foundry mark.

Connecticut Foundry Buccaneer Pirate Nautical Maritime Bookends Cast Iron 1930s

Dust Factory Auctions offers antique and vintage items that proudly display the natural signs of their age and previous use.
