Pair of 1950s-60s porcelain decorative plates featuring polychrome botanical illustrations and butterflies with gilt rims. Made in Western Germany(Cold war era). 7.5 in Collector's Note: Established in 1930 by Josef Kuba in Karlsbad, the studio relocated to Wiesau, Bavaria, after World War II. JKW operated primarily as a decorating studio rather than a manufacturer, utilizing white porcelain blanks sourced from established makers. The company continued under family leadership until closing in 1989.
