mid-century modern art pottery wine/cocktail pitcher set manufactured by Beauceware. The hand-crafted set includes a sculptural carafe and four matching cups finished in a satin matte black glaze. Features a hand-incised cursive maker signature on the base. Collector's Note: No molded mark on the bottom: While embossed or incised bottom marks were used on most Beauceware, foil labels were used on items were the base was completely flat, dry-gazed, or the specific mold design didn't leave room for the stamp.
