Ruby Red Block-Pattern Miniature Oil Lamp Base Description: A striking vintage miniature parlor-style oil lamp base featuring a tall, slender obelisk-form font (reservoir) crafted from deep translucent ruby/cranberry red glass. The font is detailed with a highly textured, four-sided embossed square block or waffle-grid pattern that reflects light beautifully. The base is fitted with a traditional, aged brass-tone miniature burner assembly featuring a pronged crown gallery, an intact fabric wick, and a detailed round adjustment thumb wheel. Note: This lot consists of the lamp base and burner assembly only; does not include a glass chimney globe. Material: Pressed glass, metal Color: Ruby red Estimated Era: Circa 1960s–1970s
