U.S. Norris & Clement Model 1863 Training rifle. Side plate stamped 1864, Eagle - U.S., S.N. & W.T.C. - for - Massachusetts. Barrel has been replaced with black painted wooden dowel from receiver to 6" from muzzle. Top of butt plate stamped U.S. - E - 116. Wood stock. Stamped 25 on heel. Ramrod. Caliber / Gauge: Dummy Non-firing Barrel Length: 30" Classification: Non-firearm Condition: Good with light wear and oxidation. Mechanically fair, trigger does not function properly.
