A Wetline brand Personal Flotation Device (PFD), model C100, constructed from high-visibility yellow textile with a grey lining. The front of the vest is fitted with a vertical grey reflective safety stripe and three adjustable black webbing straps secured with plastic side-release buckles. This universal-sized garment is intended for chest measurements between 81 cm and 127 cm. Printed interior specifications indicate compliance with standard CAN/CGSB-65.11-M88 and approval from the Department of Transport (Canada) under approval number TC-53941-06. The device is rated for a minimum buoyancy of 69 N (15.5 pounds force) and an impact class of 80 km/h. It was manufactured in China for Prestige MFG Inc of Haleyville, Alabama and distributed by DTS Manufacturing of Wilsonville, Oregon. The item is accompanied by its original retail hang tags, including a style tag for number 15997. Dimensions: Height approx. 48 cm measured against a ruler.
