This framed color offset lithograph on board, created by artist Nita Showers, depicts a whimsical nursery scene in a folk-art style. The central composition features three teddy bears dressed in children's attire, including a maroon sweater, blue denim overalls, and a dark green dress with a lace collar. The bears are accompanied by various toys, such as a set of illustrated blocks, a stuffed rabbit doll in a blue dress, a striped ball, and a sheep figurine. The background is decorated with a small floral-patterned wallpaper. The artwork shows a mechanical halftone dot pattern consistent with commercial offset lithography. The work is signed and dated "Nita Showers 1986 ©" in the lower right corner. It is housed in a dark-stained, beveled wooden frame with a metal hanging wire on the reverse. Dimensions (measured against a ruler): Height: approx. 12.5 in Width: approx. 14.5 in. Condition: The print surface appears well-preserved. The dark-stained wooden frame shows scattered scuffing and small areas of paint loss along the edges and corners. The brown paper dust cover on the verso is significantly torn and deteriorating.
