This is a very rare cookie jar made by Pearl China and is hand painted and 1940's and called a "Mammy" cookie jar and is weird colors (Red, White and Blue). There are NO chips, cracks or breaks but there is some paint worn off here and there. This is 11" tall and base is 6" x 6" diameter. Approximate value is $85
