COLT BREAK ACTION 12 ga. SXS Shotgun, 29 5/8" Barrel, Fair Condition, Shootable Bore, Tight Action, sn:4488 A double-barrel shotgun in 12 gauge, manufactured by Colt. The walnut stock displays a round-knob pistol grip profile with a checkered wrist. Exposed hammers with gracefully curved spurs sit atop the back-action locks, and the trigger guard features a scrolled extension. It has a 2 3/4" chamber, cylinder chokes on both barrels, 13" LOP, 2.5" drop at comb, and 4" drop at heel. The plain rib is marked "Colt's Pt. F.A. Manufacturing Co." The forend tip is black horn, with a curved steel butt plate. The gunstock features a brass oval on the underside near the pistol grip. The stock is missing a chunk of wood directly under the right hammer; the missing piece is included. A replacement screw is present on the top tang. (84802) (GSCG32)
