H&R Reising Model 50 .45 FULL AUTO NFA/Machine Gun , 13.75" Barrel, NEEDS REPAIR, Shiny Bore, Tight Action, sn:S5079 (FORM 4 TRANSFERABLE) This select-fire submachine gun is one of approximately 6,400 produced by Harrington & Richardson under a U.S. government contract for military and law enforcement use. (Needs Repair) It features a one-piece walnut stock with sling swivels, an adjustable rear peep sight, a drift-adjustable front sight, and a steel buttplate, with roughly 90% of the original finish remaining on the metal. The blued barrel is plain-profiled and fitted with the model's distinctive slotted muzzle compensator, and the action feeds from a detachable box magazine housed forward of the trigger guard. The Reising Model 50 saw service with the Marine Raiders in the Pacific Theater during World War II, making this a genuinely rare, transferable piece of American military firearms history. The firing pin is broken and the magazine well requires new retaining pins; a spare broken firing pin and firing pin spring are included, but no magazine is included. This item is fully transferable to individual buyers, trusts, or corporate entities via an ATF Form 4 upon approval and payment of the applicable tax stamp. (81605) (GSCG20)
