This is a collector's grouping of six WWII German WHW (Winterhilfswerk) donation badges, spanning several material types and series. Included are a heavy cast zinc Eichhörnchen (squirrel) badge featuring a red glass cabochon eye and marked "G10" on the reverse, a thick square ceramic tile in a teal-green glaze decorated with an oak leaf and acorns motif, a glass-encased gold Wehrmacht-style eagle button pin, two glazed porcelain or ceramic historic sailing ships, and an antiqued silver-grey stamped metal rose pin. Most badges retain their original safety pin attachments, with only the horizontal frigate ship and eagle button missing their rear attachments due to adhesive failure. The largest piece measures 1.25 x 1.25 inches. All badge fronts display clean surfaces and vibrant finishes. SC
