Century Manufactured by athletic equipment producer W.H. Brine Co. of Boston, Massachusetts, these olive drab cotton duck short pants feature an internal waist-lining made of blue-and-white ticking fabric along with a woven maker label reading "W.H. BRINE CO., 27 OTIS ST. BOSTON." Designed for early 20th-century sports and general athletic training, they feature an eight-eyelet lace-up front fly, waist belt loops, and integrated chevron-quilted white cotton padded guards at the hips. The olive canvas shows age-related creasing, light fraying around a middle eyelet, and minor surface smudging on the internal hip pads, while overall stitching and construction remain intact. OT
