Our normal policy is that there are NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS. All items are sold as-is, where-is. This includes items that are not picked up. HOWEVER we are experimenting with offering Costco overstocks and customer returns for sale at auction. These items are offered for sale with bids starting below our cost. We have not tested the condition of any of these items outside of a visual examination. This is an adventure, and we're excited to test it out, because if it works there's more exciting stuff where that came from. But we do not want to sell you anything that doesn't work! So we offer an UNLIMITED WARRANTY (albeit short-term) on all small appliances. You have a WEEK from the CLOSE OF THE AUCTION in which you can return anything with a plug for any reason. This typically means through close of business on the following Thursday. You must return in the original box with all components, and refunds will be issued on the card you used to register for the auction.
