This is a decorative wooden aging barrel, or tequila keg, These are typically designed to hold between 1 and 5 liters of spirits. The barrel is constructed from oak wood and features dark metal bands or hoops for reinforcement. Some hoops are loose. It comes with a wooden stand for display and a small spigot for dispensing beverages.
