Good overall condition with no obvious issues to report. Very minor use wear, looks nearly new. Overall size: 36" deep X 37" tall X 86" across LOCATED ON THE 3rd FLOOR. BRING MUSCLE. There was a dog present in the home and there is a bit of dog hair present on some items which should easily clean away.
