Overall solid with no structural concerns. Solid & functional. A plastic piece that helps protect the plastic covered wiring has chipped though it has not caused any issues. See photos. Overall sizew: 40" across X 55" tall (as pictured) There was a dog present in the home and there is a bit of dog hair present on some items which should easily clean away.
