Hand-blown clear glass decanter modeled in the form of a Formula 1 open-wheel racing car, produced for the Italian distillery Mazzetti d'Altavilla. The vessel features an integrated driver figure in red glass with a black visor, a steering wheel, and distinct front and rear aerodynamic wings. The four wheels are crafted as hollow glass cylinders. The bottle retains its original white and gold hanging paper tag which identifies the maker as Mazzetti d'Altavilla, Distillatori dal 1846 and the contents as Grappa di Chardonnay. A partial blue and white Italian government duty stamp is adhered to the rear neck of the bottle. A removable clear glass stopper is located at the tail end of the car. Approximately 10 inches in length. Condition: Excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. The glass remains clear without clouding or glass sickness. The original paper tag is present with minor shelf wear. The decanter is empty.
