How do I schedule my pickup? After the auction closes, wait for your invoice email - Pickup window / deadline All items from this auction must be picked up within the same pickup week. The final pickup deadline is Saturday 7:00 PM following the auction. - Storage Policy Update: Any item not picked up within the stated timeframe will be subject to a storage fee of $20 per item, per day. - Hours & location Location: 104B Harwood Ave S, Ajax, ON Pickup Days: Tuesday to Saturday Time: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM - What to bring Government-issued photo ID. Your invoice (printed or on phone) - Authorizing Someone Else for Pickup Third-party pickup is permitted for eligible customers only. If sending someone on your behalf: a) The authorized person must present their own government-issued photo ID b) A completed and signed authorization form from the winning bidder must be emailed to: "[email protected]" c) The email must be received before the third party arrives - Without prior written authorization received by email, items will not be released. - Signature requirement A signature is required prior to release of items. - No appointment required
