AAA Auctions - Auction Terms & Conditions IMPORTANT: By registering and participating in any auction hosted by AAA Auctions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms are legally binding and enforceable. AAA Auctions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. 1. Registration & Bidder Eligibility 1.1 Registration Requirement All bidders must register through our official website and/or HiBid platform. Bidders are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date registration information, including payment details and contact information. 1.2 Credit Card Authorization A temporary $1 authorization may be charged to verify credit card validity during registration. This is not a purchase charge and will be released after verification. 1.3 HiBid Reputation Requirement AAA Auctions reserves the right to decline or revoke bidding privileges at its sole discretion, particularly for bidders with negative HiBid history. A refundable $300 CAD deposit may be required for bidders with prior negative auction activity. 1.4 Payment Methods Accepted payment methods include: Cash Visa / MasterCard / Debit @@@ Special Discount: If you pay by Cash, you will receive an additional 3% discount on your total invoice. @@@ 1.5 Shipping Policy AAA Auctions does not provide shipping services. All lots are pickup only from the location mentioned in the auction details. Buyers must arrange their own transportation. 1.6 Payment Location & Method Payment is normally collected at the pickup location at the time of item collection. However, AAA Auctions reserves the right, in accordance with Section 1.7, to process payment using the credit or debit card on file if the bidder fails to complete payment within the required timeframe. 1.7 Credit Card Authorization By registering for and participating in any auction hosted by AAA Auctions, the bidder expressly authorizes AAA Auctions to charge the credit or debit card on file for any amounts owed as a result of auction participation, including but not limited to: 1. Successful bids (hammer price) 2. Buyer's premiums 3. Applicable taxes 4. Handling fees 5. Restocking and/or storage fees 6. Penalties or unpaid balances This authorization remains valid after the auction has concluded and applies in the event the bidder fails to voluntarily complete payment within the required timeframe. The bidder agrees that the card on file may be used to settle outstanding balances without further notice and that failure of a charge does not release the bidder from payment obligations. 2. Auction Process & Bidding 2.1 Bids Are Final & Binding ALL BIDS ARE FINAL AND NON-REVERSIBLE. By placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the item(s) if you are the successful bidder.
