Four decorative objects: one scalloped floral porcelain plate converted to a clock, two floral crescent-shaped porcelain dishes, and one clear faceted glass or crystal dish/ashtray. The clock plate bears the handwritten inscription “For Janet Howell/ By Susan C. Evans / 1987[?].” One porcelain piece has an unreadable blue underside mark, and the clear dish retains a torn, largely illegible gold-colored label. Porcelain decoration and gilding show grime, discoloration, rubbing, and thinning inplaces. The clock movement is exposed on the reverse and operation is untested. The clear dish shows haze, handling marks and/or scratches, and its label is substantially deteriorated. Complete inspection of all edges and undersides was not possiblefrom the supplied views.
